Thursday Aug 14 Bruce started the data system at ~ 1015 PDT with a 30 Minute warmuup

MPD03 shows some watervapor from the surface but less than in days right after TS Hilary

The elevation angle of the lidar was increased from 0.10 to 0.11 deg. There appeared to be some weak return signals at about 1.5 km at the start of a PPI scan
that did not change from scan to scan. The signals we between 60 and 70 degrees and after increasing the elevation angle they were no longer present is subsequent scans.
