Investigated DPR/DPL power cycle issue causing data loss. Found that the data loss was only in real time. The data was still recorded and nothing was lost outside of ~2 seconds of PSF.
Blew out both dew point sensors using canned air. DPR had quite a bit of moisture in it.
Performed CDP "cal"
2D-S RH reported at 16% (+/- 0.2) Nitrogen purge was not done.
Laser Intensity <1300. Cleaned mirrors and holes. Laser Intensity did not increase. After consulting with Stuart, it was decided to leave the VCSEL as is and monitor it in flight.
GPU failure caused a research power drop. No damage to instruments was reported. Mechanics are looking into the cause and a solution.
Found that the PLWC element is bad. Resistance between pins D and G = 119 ohms. Should be ~2.3 ohms. Also noticed visible damage to the coil.
Radome
No moisture visible in any pressure lines.
Blew air through T fittings. (removed tape from radome; drain lines left closed; blew air from transducer side toward nose)
Down Camera
Catherine found that the Ethernet jacks at the POE adapter are a bit loose. The cables were laced so that they would remain secured and eliminate some wobbling of the jack.
DPL / DPR
Blew out cavity using canned air.
SATCOM
No issues testing out SATCOM. The consensus is that there was something blocking the antenna during the RF06 pre-flight.
2D-S
Removed probe from hermetically sealed can in order to perform visual inspection and take a couple photos.
With no decent work area on the ramp, pulling the probe increases risk of ESD damage.
Pulling the probe exposed the probe and canister to humidity. Nitrogen purge was of course necessary.

Cleaned 2D-S windows.
Purged 2D-S with Nitrogen. Able to get the internal humidity down to 13%RH.
Swapped MTP circuit breaker from 4 amp to 5 amp.
VCSEL powered on for a few hours at Stuart's request.
VCSEL was removed so Stuart can perform bench work on subsequent MX day (4/5).

Lead ballast removed from baggage compartment.
Mechanic and Technician supplies marked as permanent ballast loaded into baggage compartment.
NO Containment Vessel installed in front of the L-3 rack and its exhaust valve was plumbed to the community dump.

Cleaned CDP optics.
Inspected 2D-S optics, no cleaning needed.
Debris cleared from inside of Down Looking Camera viewport.
Performed functional test of ADS and several state parameters. Everything operating as it should.

Cleaned DPL - Some residue on the mirror
Cleaned DPR - More residue on the mirror
Functional test of DP sensors passed.
Inspected Nose Pressure Lines.
Found more moisture in QCR than what was visible during the previous maintenance day.
Also noticed a dark object below the QCR "T". Possibly a bug.
No moisture in ADIFR or BDIFR lines.
Blew out all lines from the transducer to the T, then from the transducer to the drain fittings.
The debris in the QCR line made its way toward the drain fitting but there was not enough pressure using canned air to clear the debris completely.
Pulled VCSEL into the cabin and cleaned mirrors. Very little residue prior to cleaning.
Functional test passed.
Flushed left and right temp sensors using water from a spray bottle.
Cleaned optics of CDP and 2D-S
2D-S
At initial power ON - RH = 18% after 15 minutes RH fell to 16%
All Element Voltages 1.8V or above. All within the acceptable range.

Inspected Radome Pressure Lines. No moisture was found. No action was taken.
Performed another 2D-S nitrogen purge.
RH got down to 13% while purging.
Once the tube was disconnected and the canister was capped, the RH rose to 15%
Reinstalled PLWC with the spare element that was received from RAF.
