First Also noticed a high-pitch sound from a TRH fan. Chris determined it was the 16m TRH. The propeller had come off the shaft, and was not repairable. Swapped the 16m and 2m TRHs, so that now the 2m TRH does not have fan ventilation. And, the ventilation of the 16m TRH has not been working for some period of time. Need to replace the 2m TRH.

Conclusion: the problem with sampling Licors at 20Hz seems to be a data system issue, not an issue with the RS232 signals. Our simulation of this configuration in the lab did not include 5 TRHs (1 sample/sec), the barometer (1/sec) or the GPS (2 samples/sec).
