uw is back up thanks to Danny as of about 3pm today.
Danny found that the Pi red LED was steady on, but the green activity LED was always off. (The GPS LED on the FTDI board also was blinking as normal.). Thus, power was okay, but the Pi had stopped running. Danny cycled power using the blue power switch, which brought everything back.

The resulting data gap is from 08:12-22:05 UTC (01:12-15:05 local), or about 14 hours.
As expected, I see no indication of a problem with power – the last value of Iload and Vbatt from uw's Victron were the same as earlier values.
The last entry in syslog was:
