Modifications:
090717, jwm Added readings by Ned Patton on 7/17/09. Note roughly 100-lb drop on each, but there was no shift on the anchors/base per-paint applied; ie stretching.
090828, egp Anchors did not exhibit any shifting, added new readings to the tables above.
091001, csg Anchors looked good. Tensions were fine. May need some tensioning on South guy-wires soon.
100528, egp Anchors looked good, not shifting. Kurt recommends re-tensioning guy wires complete with transits to re-plumb tower. July 2010?
7/22/10 re-tensioned all guy wires using transits to plumb tower, also replaced 7m & 15m trh cables as well as 7m trh sensor.
