- Moved wetness sensor at Mote #2 to a vertical position near the soil surface

Addendum: there is a relationship, but I needed to shift dat("Tide") later by about 2 hours. In other words, it appears that the water level is a maximum/minimum at S15 about 1.8 hours later than the Lewes NOAA station. Also, the S15 ground-level wetness sensor is completely covered when the NOAA station tide level is about 1.15m = 3.8' MLLW (mean low-low water level). I don't know if this time shift is realistic. I'm <pretty sure> I've dealt with time zones appropriately.
