Pre-flight
-HexChat groundbot did not connect (same issue as yesterday, possibly router issue)
-PHIPS unable to connect, 60Hz and 400Hz AI on
-Startup delayed for a few minutes on 2 Toughbook laptops (error saying bootup can take up to 40min due to cold temperatures)
In-flight:
1702: reset PHIPS 60Hz circuit breaker, probe seemed to connect and collect data (but remote desktop would not connect during shutdown after flight)
1744: SATCOM circuit breakers reset per FE's request, SATCOM still appeared disconnected or inop from ADS station
