Students apply for the "Supercomputing Center" scholarship. Committee of engineers decide on the winner(s).

UCAR/NCAR's role:

Allocate the funding, announce the opportunity, manage applications and select winner(s).

External roles:

University community would help announcing the opportunity.

Timeframe:

At any time, best when the internship program is also in place.

Life Span:

As long as funds are available and good candidates apply.
