Rice was inop on the first three test flights. There were 2 issues. First, both LWO and RWO Diamond analog channels did not have there cal coefficients in the .xml. Second, the Rice connector was wired incorrectly.
VCSEL was removed for training purposes and then reinstalled and checked out for operation.
