  1. Maintenance Day
    3/21/24
When aircraft pulled out, I noticed that the Right Side Master Fault light was on.  WE tested each inverter alone and found that the fault light comes on even when a known good inverter was installed. We suspect an issue with the fault light but will look at it after the project.

Later in the day power was removed.  Once the ADS load was put on the right side the light went out.  Testing at end of day had the light come back on.

3/22/24 at power up the fault light was off.

  2. Maintenance Day

    3/24/24

Swapped DPR and DPL control heads to make it so the labels controlled to correct measurement.  Verified at all the components in each DP instrument we together via serial number.

Added USB-C cable to ADS rack for data transfer via disks now in ADS drawer.

Worked on headset issues.  Found a PTT cable to have a CB that was loose and reseating it fixed the issue.  There is one spare headset that seems to have some noise on it.  It has yellow tape on the handle.

Chris adjusted the forward camera so it should not saturate this next flight.

  3. 3/26/24

Brought up the data system and PSTF is working.  Everything else looks good.

  4. 3/31/24

Server booted properly.  Brought everything up and all looks good.  Started cameras with success.  DPR started with success.

  5. 4/2/24

Brought up the data system and all looks good.

Satcom SBU failed a couple times today and we could not see the groundbot, ping the ground, or search things in the browser.  Rebooted numerous times and cycled SBU breaker in the LEER or REER.  We were able to text message and make a call from the cockpit.  We suspect that we are getting jammed or just parked at a bad angle.

Hooked up the spare server and it booted with Centos8.  We determined that Chris would populate a spare Linux laptop to be able to run the data system.  We will test it the next maintenance day.  It will be used as a backup.
