MOZART-4 was released October 13, 2009.
23 Oct 2009: update with corrections to the compiling and run scripts.
5 Nov 2009: update with a minor correction to the configure script (cfg_mz4) addressing the "foreach: No match" error some users have encountered. In addition the missing link in the run directory from utils/ncar_batch has been added (relevant only to NCAR bluefire users).
2 Feb 2010: history and restart filenames now have simulation case and dates; restart 'integrity' upgraded; sea salt deposition corrected; negative photolysis rates prevented; NCAR mswrite/msread commands replaced with separate archiving script. More details included in attachment below.
Updates and complete source code are available on the NCAR Community Data Portal under MOZART-4 Source Code (http://cdp.ucar.edu).
August 2010: New additions to the NCAR CDP MOZART-4 directory: "MOZART-4 IC files" (which contain initial condition files for January and July for several years) and monthly mean output for 2006 has been added to the "MOZART-4 Output Data" directory.
