Sidd gave a brief intro about this wiki followed by Brian's presentation on NWSC3 application team's work. Few questions followed during and after his talk. All the recordings and other details are below. Few things popped up repeatedly.
- Need for internet access from the compute nodes, so that the job running on compute nodes can download data / software that it needs. The support team assured that we will take this into account while designing / architecting access mechanism to NWSC3 system
- Users are worried about GPU charging, whether it will impact their ability to spend cycles for development. Again the support team assured that at least for the first year that GPU charges will be completely separate pool, no impact on their respective CPU allocations
- On Jupyterhub issues we had a separate follow up meeting with Kevin.
