• Should be the last release of LTR with InterComm 1.6 & PVM. A future release will use InterComm 2.0 and PNMPI.
• TIEGCM upgraded to version 1.94.1
• Default parameters modified
• SIGMA_RATIO -> 3.0
• BEQUATOR and GEOQMU consistent (3.0) across codes
• Bug fixes
• Can run CMIT & TIEGCM at SIMULATION_MINUTES_PER_SEGMENT at non-integer number of hours (ie. 30 minutes).
• TIEGCM secondary history file is no longer overwritten for first time step in a segment
